Set on the Orkney Islands five thousand years ago, Skara Brae puts you in charge of a growing community struggling against harsh winds, scarce food and unforgiving winters. Each round, you draft Village Cards to gain settlers, tools or benefits, then assign your Workers to versatile Action Tiles to cook, gather, clean, trade, craft and more.

The game features a remarkably rich set of wooden resource tokens, from stone and wood to fish, wool, hides and barley. Managing these efficiently is essential as every round ends with feeding your settlers and dealing with accumulated midden, which can cost precious points.
