SETI: Space Agencies significantly expands SETI: Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence by introducing powerful asymmetric organizations. Each agency represents a distinct institution, from private tech companies to global research networks, each with unique abilities, starting conditions and strategic paths. This strategic expansion challenges players to rethink their approach to discovering extraterrestrial life and to fully leverage their organization’s strengths.

SETI: Space Agencies is ideal for players who enjoy complex science-themed games built around long-term planning and resource optimization. Quick Start cards allow players to skip the slower opening round, speeding up the experience while adding asymmetry right from setup. Signal Tokens introduce a subtle but impactful new mechanic that enhances scanning efficiency without adding rules overhead.

An exciting addition is the inclusion of three new alien species, each bringing unique twists through dedicated cards and rule sheets. Over forty new project cards inspired by real-world scientific initiatives are seamlessly integrated into the main deck, greatly increasing variability and replayability.
