War of the Ring: Warriors of Middle-earth (FR) dramatically expands the legendary strategy board game set in Tolkien’s universe by introducing iconic factions, unique mechanics, and powerful new strategic possibilities. This major expansion adds legendary forces from across Middle-earth, each featuring their own rules, abilities, and dedicated Action Dice.

Ents, the Dead Men of Dunharrow, the Great Eagles, Corsairs of Umbar, Wild Hillmen of Dunland, and Giant Spiders finally move beyond simple Event Cards to become full military forces on the battlefield. Each faction reshapes tactical possibilities for both the Free Peoples and the Shadow armies, creating fresh strategic approaches in every game.

The expansion also introduces an entirely new Event card deck along with Faction Dice, greatly increasing replayability and unpredictability during conflicts. Thanks to the Call to Battle mechanic, factions can now directly influence combat and alter the course of war with dramatic battlefield interventions worthy of Tolkien’s greatest moments.
