*French version

The heroes of your favourite tales have decided to build a village to live happily ever after, but they never expected a dragon to settle in the abandoned castle nearby. And that dragon takes a very dim view of the intruders eyeing its precious treasures! Snow White, Robin Hood, King Arthur, the Pied Piper and King Triton join forces in this asymmetric family board game. Règlement de contes (FR) is a French-language edition.

One player takes the role of the Dragon, while everyone else plays the heroes. Although its power is absolute, the Dragon can only be in one place at a time. The heroes try to plunder the Dragon's orchard, armory and treasure room, or build houses in their village, while the Dragon furiously tries to stop them. If the heroes exhaust 2 of the Dragon's 3 resources or build enough houses before the end of the 10 turns, they win. The Dragon wins by scaring off enough heroes or by keeping them from building.

Règlement de contes (FR) is for you if you enjoy team games where everyone coordinates against a cunning opponent, quick sessions for 3 to 6 players and asymmetric showdowns that are easy to explain. Play the Dragon for the pleasure of outsmarting everyone, or play the heroes and try to pull off a group masterstroke.

This game was designed by Matt Greenleaf and illustrated by Barbara Lucas. It was released in 2021 and is one of the fairy tale games for the whole family, ages 8 and up.
