Welcome to Burgundy! In Vin & Fromage (FR), a 2-player strategy game, you run a traditional farm and take on the neighboring estate. Over two years shaped by the seasons, you send your workers out to harvest ingredients, then turn them into fine wines and perfectly aged cheeses. Your workers are linked to your opponent's by color, so every choice you make directly shapes the other player's next decision. Wine and Cheese cards must be funded with ingredients and need time to mature.

The catch? Only the weaker of your two incomes, wine or cheese, counts in the final score. You can't neglect either side of your production: balance is everything. A worker placement and resource management game that is easy to explain yet full of tight decisions.

Vin & Fromage is for you if you enjoy two-player strategy duels, worker placement games where you must anticipate your opponent's moves, and delicious themes that smell of the countryside.

Fun fact: this game is presented as the standalone spiritual successor to Beer & Bread, in the same series of two-player games. It is designed by Scott Almes, creator of the Tiny Epic series and Martian Dice. The artwork is by Michael Menzel and Alexander Jung.
