The Toy Battle (FR) you already know just got bigger with La Croisette, a brand new exclusive battlefield created to celebrate Toy Battle's As d'Or 2026 win at the Festival international des jeux de Cannes. On this double-sided board, the red and blue headquarters are no longer planted in sand or snow: they now float on the water, one camp set up on a luxury yacht, the other perched on the Palais des Festivals itself. Your toy troops now clash around bases set on the sea, which completely reshapes your usual attack lines and control paths. The core rules stay exactly like the base game: on your turn, you draw two toys or place one on the board to trigger its effect, weaving a continuous path back to your own headquarters. The new Water spaces on La Croisette add brand new restrictions and unique positioning bonuses, spicing up every already-tactical game of Toy Battle.

The base game Toy Battle won the As d'Or - Game of the Year 2026 at the Festival international des jeux de Cannes, becoming one of the very first strictly 2-player games ever crowned in that prestigious category. La Croisette pays tribute to that win by recreating the famous Cannes promenade and the Palais des Festivals right on the game board.

La Croisette is signed by the same design duo behind the base game, Paolo Mori and Alessandro Zucchini, with artwork by Paul Mafayon bringing the miniature toy troops and this new seaside setting to life. The whole expansion is published by Repos Production.

The base game Toy Battle is required to use this board: La Croisette only adds a new terrain, with no extra toys or medals to manage.
