SETI: Space Agencies (FR) significantly expands SETI: Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence by introducing powerful asymmetric organizations. Each agency represents a distinct institution, from private tech companies to global research networks, each with unique abilities, starting conditions and strategic paths. This strategic expansion challenges players to rethink their approach to discovering extraterrestrial life and to fully leverage their organization's strengths.

SETI: Space Agencies is for you if you enjoy demanding science games where long-term planning, resource optimization and strategic adaptation are essential. New Quick Start cards let you skip the slower opening round, especially useful at lower player counts, while adding an extra layer of asymmetry right from setup. Signal Tokens introduce a subtle new mechanic that enhances scanning efficiency without adding rules overhead.

Interestingly, this expansion adds three new alien species, each with its own cards and dedicated rules that radically change how a game unfolds. Over forty new Project cards, inspired by real-world scientific initiatives, integrate directly into the base game's main deck, greatly boosting replayability. The SETI base game itself enjoys an outstanding reception on BoardGameGeek, holding an average rating of 8.8 out of 10 from nearly 1900 players.
