The waters of the Bermuda Triangle make even the toughest pirates tremble: storms, monsters and unpredictable currents make sailing a gamble, but the treasures hidden there are worth the risk. This expansion for Pirates of Maracaibo (FR) sends your crew into a frantic race to grab the most valuable loot before your rivals do.

The new Treasure Hunt mode changes how the game ends: it is no longer only about piling up points, but about sailing faster than everyone else toward the grand treasure. You will also find new Improvement and Location cards to shuffle in with the base game cards to vary your strategies from game to game, plus an extra card for solo mode.

Bermuda Triangle is for you if you already love Pirates of Maracaibo and want to refresh your games with racing, risk and new card combinations. It is also a good pick if you often play solo and are looking for a bit more variety.

This expansion is designed by Alexander Pfister, Ryan Hendrickson and Florian Kumschier, with illustrations by Odysseas Stamoglou. It slots directly into the base game's navigation system, boards and resources.

What you need to play: the base game, the French edition of Pirates de Maracaibo (FR), is required. This expansion cannot be played on its own.
