This expansion adds new cards to nearly every deck in the game - docking, improvement, battle, captain, mission, ship and hyperspace - multiplying the paths toward fame or notoriety. Captains will also find reworked versions of the base game's most overpowered cards, for better-balanced and even more tactical games. On a modular board that is never the same twice, every choice - negotiating, betraying, exploring a new system or taking down a rival - reshapes your legend across the universe.

Phantom League draws direct inspiration from Elite, David Braben's legendary video game that shaped generations of space-exploration fans. Mostly Harmless, released a year after the base game, does more than add content: it also reworks the most powerful cards from the original box, a rebalancing move that's fairly rare for a first expansion and well appreciated by the player community.

Finnish designer Ren Multamäki is behind both Phantom League and this Mostly Harmless expansion, keeping the game's spirit and balance fully consistent.

This box is an expansion: you'll need to own the Phantom League base game to use it, since Mostly Harmless adds content to existing decks rather than replacing them.
