Over the course of five rounds, you reveal your backstory, gain allies and gadgets, nurture rivalries, and eventually unlock a powerful ultimate ability. Each decision shapes your hero’s evolution and scoring potential, creating a deeply personal and strategic experience.

At its core, Origin Story blends trick-taking with tableau building, a rare and elegant combination. Each round represents a chapter of your hero’s development and rewards you with a new card added to your player mat. By charging your cards and timing their abilities carefully, you build an efficient engine designed to outscore your rivals by the final chapter.
