Le dé des premiers mots - Les animaux is an educational game designed for children ages 2 to 5 who are building their vocabulary. The realistic photographs feature pets, sea animals and birds, grouped into simple categories that adults can choose to present by theme. The words printed on the cards give parents, grandparents and early childhood educators a clear reference for naming each picture, and it's easy to mix animals the child already knows with new ones to keep the exercise at the right level.

Le dé des premiers mots - Les animaux is for you if you want to refresh the pocket dice you already have at home, if you're raising a toddler who loves animals, or if you work in early childhood education and want to rotate vocabulary themes from week to week.

Like the rest of the collection, the cards in this expansion were selected based on the order in which toddlers typically learn animal words. Other themes are also available for the same dice, including Le dé des premiers mots - Les aliments, to keep building the child's vocabulary over time.
