Dahlia was the most elegant thief in the kingdom. A real panther, with bubblegum-pink fur, who walked on the tips of her paws and never left a print. She had one rule she had never broken: she only stole pink things.
The duchess’s pink diamond. The pink flamingos from the royal garden (she gave them back, they talked too much). A count’s pink wig. An entire strawberry cake, during a wedding, without anyone noticing the table was empty.
(The Dungeon Master, checking their notes: You guard the diamond all night. Roll Perception. You got a 19. The diamond is still there. It’s just turned blue. She swapped it. For a fake. A blue one.)
The director of the capital’s Grand Museum had had enough. He had a brilliant idea: he had the whole museum painted pink. The walls. The statues. The paintings. The guards. Every last spoon in the café. Everything.
The next night, Dahlia slipped in through the roof as usual. She looked around. There was too much pink. Way too much. She didn’t know what to take anymore. She hesitated in front of a vase. Then a suit of armour. Then the director, asleep on a chair and painted pink as well. After three hours, exhausted, she sat down in the middle of the hall… and stole nothing at all. For the first time in her career.
The director found her there in the morning. He offered her a job: head of security. Nobody in the world knew thieves’ tricks better. Dahlia accepted. She only asked, as her first pay, for the seven pink panes of the great glass roof, the ones she always came in through, with their little white lattice.
(The Dungeon Master, trying not to laugh: Since Dahlia started guarding the museum, there hasn’t been a single theft. Except in the staff room. The pink cookies keep disappearing. All of them. Every day. She’s investigating.)
The Panthère Rose dice (“pink panther”) were born. Pink and elegant, engraved with white patterns like a museum’s stained glass, they’re perfect for rogues, jewel thieves and players with a whole lot of style.
With their bright pink and raised white lattice patterns, these acrylic polyhedral dice are perfect for your Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder or any roleplaying game (RPG). A dice set you’ll want to steal. But don’t.
