Magicien d'Oz Dice - 7D Set

Everyone knows the story: a girl, a dog, a tornado, a yellow brick road and a great wizard hiding behind a curtain. What people talk about less is what the wizard was actually doing behind that curtain.

He was playing Dungeons & Dragons.

Every Tuesday night, while the kingdom imagined him performing wonders, the great and terrible wizard sat behind his green curtain with three scarecrows, a tin woodman and a lion who never dared to attack.

(The Dungeon Master, without looking up from the screen: Yes, the great wizard is an impostor. Like every Dungeon Master, really: our powers are made of smoke, mirrors and very good improvisation.)

The only real magic item he owned was his dice. To make them, he had scraped a little golden dust from every brick of the yellow road, from the very first to the very last. It all melted into seven sparkling yellow dice, with numbers as silvery grey as the tin of his best player.

(The Dungeon Master, trying not to laugh: “There’s no place like home.” Unless home has a basement with a gaming table.)

The Magicien d’Oz dice (“Wizard of Oz”) were born. They say they give courage to the cowardly, heart to the heartless and brains to those who forgot to read the rules. In short, exactly what your party needs.

With their bright glittering yellow and grey numbers, these acrylic polyhedral dice are perfect for your Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder or any roleplaying game (RPG) where the journey matters as much as the destination. A dice set for game masters who improvise behind their screen.
