Every morning, she makes her famous drink: a strawberry milk so good it restores 1d8 hit points to anyone who drinks it. The students just call it “the Quick.”

One Monday, Kevin, the young wizard who had already emptied the archmage’s candy stash, snuck into the kitchen. He wanted an “even stronger” version. He added a growth potion. Then two. Then the whole bottle.

The glass of milk started spinning like a blender, pink and white, pink and white, faster and faster. When it stopped, there was no milk left. Only a huge swirling D20 in strawberry-milk colours, still slightly warm.
