Dancing Queen is a 2-player card game with only 9 cards, where you try to get the right friends to a dance party. You and your opponent each have a dance style in mind. Will you succeed in imposing your choice? How many boys and girls will you invite? And maybe even a girl disguised as a boy to thwart the other's plans?
Each player starts with a secret objective and must manipulate the gender distribution in play to achieve it. It's possible to swap objectives during the game or change a dancer's gender. At the end of a round, objectives are revealed to compare results. Some cards offer immediate victory conditions if you successfully complete their requirement.
This short but clever card game relies on bluffing, traps, risk-taking and reading your opponent.
