Celestia Duo (ML)
- In stock, ready to ship
Pirates have plundered the flying cities of Celestia and are making their escape! Aboard your aircraft, you give chase in Celestia Duo, a 2-player cooperative game with limited communication. You must coordinate your actions, foil ambushes and decide when to stop in the cities to refuel and recruit passengers with useful talents... at the risk of letting the pirate leader get away!
On your turn, share your cards cleverly to take on the ambush dice. You have to anticipate your partner's hand, because if one of you can't fight a die, the aircraft takes damage. Mixing push-your-luck decisions, hand management and a touch of deduction, each 30-minute game is a breathless race. Three difficulty levels (quick, normal and expert) let you adjust the challenge, and the two 3D ships to assemble add flair to the table.
Celestia Duo is for you if you want a two-player game where you win or lose together, if you enjoy dice games that crank up the tension, or if you want a quick pirate adventure to bring to the table as a couple, with friends or with a child aged 10 and up.
The game is designed by Bruno Cathala, with illustrations by Laura Bevon. It extends the Celestia universe in a format made especially for two people.
