Carcassonne: Ext 6: Joutes & Armoiries (FR) – 2025 Edition introduces the King’s Tournament to your Carcassonne games. In this expansion, followers become champions, competing for glory, prizes, and lasting prestige represented by statues built in their honour.

The tournament revolves around a special Crown tile that structures the competition into three distinct categories, rewarding the best travellers, knights, and peasants. By placing meeples across the landscape, players automatically enter the tournament and can earn valuable Prize tiles if their followers outperform the competition.

Badges add an extra tactical layer to the game. They allow you to choose which meeples will participate in the tournament and increase their chances of winning. This creates more direct interaction between players and adds meaningful risk management and timing decisions, while keeping the rules easy to integrate with the base game.
