Bonsai: Wabi Sabi (EN) embraces the Japanese aesthetic of appreciating imperfection and natural change. This modular expansion enhances the original Bonsai game by introducing new ways to grow, shape and score your miniature tree.

The new Shitakusa tiles allow players to double the value of certain goals, while fresh Goal tiles invite new strategic paths. Additional Zen cards offer expanded choices, and new solo challenges bring renewed depth for solo players. This expansion also introduces components allowing play with up to 5 players, making the experience richer and more flexible.

Wabi Sabi deepens the meditative and elegant feel of Bonsai while adding variety and replayability. Each module can be used independently or combined, giving players full control over how they customize their next game.

It’s perfect for players who want a strategic boost, more variety and the option to bring a fifth player into the garden.
