Bloom Kingdom (EN)

Bloom Kingdom puts you at the head of a kingdom as charming as it is unpredictable, where every card played can flip the entire game. On each turn, every player simultaneously places a character card into a shared display: the more copies of a character type pile up, the more valuable that character becomes. The catch is that only the last two cards left in your hand count toward your score at the end of the round. Do you pump up a knight's value so you can cash him in yourself, or feed a character your opponent is about to play, just to sink their plan? Over three rounds, the display keeps growing, intentions get revealed one card at a time, and last-second reversals are the norm. It is a light bluffing card game, quick to explain, brought to life by Cuculum's flamboyant artwork, which fills the kingdom with jesters, dragons, queens, and flowering unicorns.

You will probably love Bloom Kingdom if you are after a family board game that plays in fifteen to twenty-five minutes, one that rewards reading your opponents' intentions more than crunching numbers, and that you can teach to just about anyone in two minutes flat.
