The core of the game is a clever card and action placement system: each turn, players pair a card with an action on the board, and matching colors allow them to gain both effects. This creates constant strategic tension between short-term efficiency and long-term planning. By constructing tunnels, city domes and production buildings, players gradually build complex economic engines where every decision has lasting consequences.
