On each turn, players lay dominos onto the shared garden map to form nooks, meaning two or more neighboring spaces of the same terrain type: flower, foliage, or water. As soon as a nook takes shape, its creator immediately sets one of their gazebos on it, and if that nook connects to a patio, they can claim it too and plant an extra pavilion there.

Gardening life is not all peaceful, though: bigger nooks can swallow smaller ones, and a coveted patio can switch hands with a single well-placed domino. Every turn becomes a tight balance between building carefully and snatching your neighbor's hard work. The first player to place every one of their gazebos on the board wins the game.
