Eye for an Eye is a fast-paced social deduction experience where a single glance can completely change the game. Inspired by the classic party game Wink Murder, this engaging party card game challenges players to identify hidden Druids before they secretly hypnotize the entire group.
Set in an ancient Britannia-inspired world, players belong to a mysterious order of Ovate priests hoping to become Druids themselves. However, hidden among them are one or more secret Druids capable of hypnotizing players using nothing more than a subtle wink. Hypnotized players must quietly leave the game without exposing the guilty party, creating an atmosphere filled with tension, suspicion, and constant laughter.
Throughout the game, players carefully watch facial expressions, eye contact, and suspicious reactions while trying not to attract attention themselves. At any moment, someone may accuse another player of being a Druid, but false accusations can quickly eliminate innocent players and dramatically change the outcome.
The included challenge cards make the experience even more entertaining. The losing player must complete funny, awkward, or social challenges selected by the group before the game begins, turning every session into a memorable party experience full of unpredictable moments.
With extremely simple rules and short fifteen-minute games, Eye for an Eye is perfect for large gatherings, parties, and groups looking for an accessible game packed with social interaction and nonstop reactions.
You will likely enjoy Eye for an Eye if you appreciate bluffing games, observation challenges, and highly social gameplay. Fans of Werewolf, Mafia, and Wink Murder will discover a quick and effective formula designed to create hilarious shared moments.
The game was designed by Michael Ferch with artwork by Janique Crépeau that reinforces the mysterious and humorous druid-inspired setting. Its compact format and simple rules make it easy to introduce to almost any group.
