An emerald glow sweeps across the box of this 1000-piece puzzle, Glimmers of the Realm: Emerald, unleashing the whole Disney Lorcana universe straight from the pages of giant enchanted books. At the center of the scene, a tall spectral silhouette in a top hat and a dark coat lined with red dominates the artwork: it is Dr. Facilier himself, stretching his long shadowy arms over a wide-open storybook. Right in front of him, Cruella De Vil bursts out of another book, fur coat draped over her shoulders and long red-clawed nails curled forward, while a small pink and violet glow wrapped in a swirling halo shimmers close by, like the living light of a firefly. A little further, Belle appears transformed, hood raised in green and red roses in hand, likewise wrapped in emerald wisps. All around, other heroes emerge from their own storybook: a young black-and-white Mickey grips a ship's wheel, the Cheshire Cat flashes his grin between the pages, a hypnotic snake with wide golden eyes coils into a spiral, three small fairies dressed in red, green and blue raise their wands to the sky, Jasmine leaps with her veil flowing beside the Genie materializing in blue wisps, a hooded old woman holds out a poisoned apple, and a swashbuckling adventurer in a green tunic swings into an acrobatic leap, dagger in hand. An ornate golden carriage, carried by other glowing silhouettes, completes this flamboyant mosaic where everything is magic, mystery and green energy, true to the electrifying aesthetic of Glimmers of the Realm.
