It didn’t want to move anymore. Ottilie planted a flag. The royal geographers arrived with their instruments. They measured. They recalculated. They measured again. It was the exact centre of the kingdom, to the centimetre.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThey asked Ottilie for her secret. She explained: the kingdom tilts a tiny bit toward the middle, like a bowl. A rolling ball always ends up at the bottom. The geographers were so impressed that they carved two names on the marble column: “Ottilie” and “Galette.”\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003e(The Dungeon Master, with a smirk: Galette now refuses to leave the clearing. Ottilie had to move there. She says it’s very convenient: it’s the same distance from everything.
